研究方向

  • 主要研究方向为进化基因组学与比较免疫学。以主要完成人参与了多项重要模式物种的基因组组装和比较进化研究,以及重要功能基因的挖掘鉴定和功能研究工作,在该领域积累了丰富的工作基础和技术经验。目前主要以最原始的脊椎动物——七鳃鳗为研究对象,利用基因组、转录组、调控组等多层次组学数据,开展比较功能基因组学和分子进化研究,重点研究基因(组)重复对其免疫系统创新的重要贡献,挖掘探讨七鳃鳗特有新基因的起源和功能进化机制。
